Unit 8 check: destinations and directions
Browsing does not mark a lesson complete. Use Save & next after practice to save completion.
Apply destination, transport and direction phrases in clearly described situations.
Try these six items from memory. A fresh scene supplies its own viewpoint: you stand at the start, face a station straight ahead, and a library is on your right. This scene deliberately differs from the earlier practice map.
Examples in this unit are text-based. No pronunciation recording or automatic speaking score is used.
Use only the viewpoint stated in the question. 에 marks a destination or a location in the taught patterns; (으)로 can mark transport or direction. First attempts are stored separately from corrections; speaking recall remains a self-check.
Try it yourself
Which word asks how in 역에 어떻게 가요?
Choose the taught subway expression.
In the new scene, the library is on your right. Choose the direction toward it.
The station is straight ahead in this new scene. Choose a route phrase.
Build “I go to the station by bus.”
…
From Unit 7: which phrase expresses a wish rather than a request to the listener?
RETRIEVE BEFORE YOU REVEAL
Say it in your own time.
Ask how to reach a station, answer with a transport, and give a clearly oriented direction.
역에 어떻게 가요? 버스로 가세요. 오른쪽으로 가세요.
This is your own speaking check; pronunciation is not recorded or graded.
Resolve each question and make a recall self-check to save completion. Unit menus remain available for browsing.
