Unit 9 check: connected daily talk

Browsing does not mark a lesson complete. Use Save & next after practice to save completion.

Combine companions, past negatives and -고 without adding unstated reasons.

Apply this unit’s patterns to a fresh fictional scene. A learner ate a meal with Yuna yesterday, then studied Korean, and did not go to the library. Use only those stated details.

Examples in this unit are text-based. No pronunciation recording or automatic speaking score is used.

Notice the pattern

친구하고 names a companion when used with 같이; 먹고 connects actions. Short past negatives state that an action did not happen, without automatically giving a reason. Speaking recall is a separate self-check.

Try it yourself

Choose “together with Yuna”.

Choose “did not go” for yesterday.

Choose the connecting form of 가다.

In the new scene, which event did NOT happen?

Build “I ate a meal and studied Korean.”

RETRIEVE BEFORE YOU REVEAL

Say it in your own time.

Give a fictional two-sentence account: eat with Yuna and study; say you did not go to the library.

Resolve each question and make a recall self-check to save completion. Unit menus remain available for browsing.
